We had to put our 13+ year old yellow lab to sleep yesterday {Tippy}. It was extremely hard however age was catching up with her and she was just getting worse. Her hips were giving out more and more everyday and along with that her hearing has been gone and her bladder was leaking. With winter coming she was just going to be more miserable. The hardest part was that she was still completely with us and in great spirits and still full of life. Letting her go was the best thing we could do for her. We had great times with her and she brought so much JOY & LOVE to our family, she was always there to cheer you up even if she was in trouble. You are missed Tippy and we know you are now with your best friend, Lucy. Lucy was our black lab that had to be put down 2 years ago. These two girls will forever hold a special place in our hearts!! >

Its Been So Long!

Wow I cannot believe its been so long since I posted. Summer has came and went now its fall! Actually half way through November. its crazy how fast this year is going.

I could really use some of the following about now...

All the above are signs that Summer is right around the corner :) I am so excited! Anyways, I am back to the blog world I have been super busy with school, lia sophia and hanging out with friends and family.

Heres a little update:

We got a new campsite at the campground. Its pretty sweet! Aubrey and I spent all week hanging up lights and cleaning up the site and inside the camper. This summer is going to be awesome! along with the new site we also got a boat last spring :)

I am also going to be watching Brooklyn and Tyler this summer and am getting included on their pool pass. So if I am not at the river I will be laying out at the pool!

Other plans for the summer:

Florida on wednesday June 16th with Anthony to see his brother, Seth.

OBX on Sunday June 20th with my whole family through the following Saturday

That first Sunday I am home my plane leaves at 9 a.m. for Milwaukee for the Lia Sophia conference! I am going to be really busy at the beginning of the quarter just traveling! Below are pictures of our new campsite. we are going to paint the camper and do a couple touchup but other than that its perfect!

Lets Be Honest...

I haven't shaved my legs in 4 days
and I slept on the couch last night, just for the fun of it :)

Yesterday I bought my first gym membership and cannot wait to use it today with my bestie Kayla. However last night I ate a whole sleeve of Girl Scout Thin Mints, I just had to tell myself thats why I bought the membership!

I have been procrastinating like crazy here lately and its starting to bite me in the butt!

I havent developed a huge church-skipping habit on sundays. Last week I didnt go, week before I did, and who knows how many weeks before that I didnt go. This is not good! I used to go to church every Sunday. I am going to try to start doing that again.

Well I hope everyone is able to come out tell their own truths of the week :) It really helps you get stuff of your chest. I also hope everyone has a great weekend.

So as I mentioned a month ago I joined Lia Sophia! I am finally a qualified advisor! woot-woot (*doing a happy dance) along with getting qualified I have earned $325 in FREE jewelry!!! Last saturday I added a new member to our furry family :) we were at the reptile show in cbus and I came across this adorable little fur ball bunny rabbit. Ofcourse I had to bring her home!

sunday we had Miss Molly's bday party! It is so hard to believe she is already 3 years old. It seems like just yesterday we were waiting on the call to bring Maddie and Vincent to see their new little sister. She has grown into such a cute and very smart little girl :)

{Project 365 - Day?}

haha well I kind slacked off on the 365 project but I am not giving up on it :)

So I got back sunday from doing Taryn and Alans wedding pictures in Asheville, NC at the Biltmore. So the pictures are more than enough to make up for the days I missed of the project :) I had a ton of fun on the trip and loved touring the Biltmore.

Some other exciting news and a big decision that I made this week was to become a Lia Sophia Advisor! I am so exciting about making a little extra money a month, getting tons of free bling and ofcourse meeting new people! Tomorrow I am actually going to meet all the girls on the team that I joined :)

Last night Anthony and I went to see the Book of Eli with Trevor and Brandy. That movie was great and it is one that i will be buying when it comes out. Tonight I am hanging out with my friend Mandy when she gets off work. Should be a fun night!

Scored BIG today at the Semi Annual Sale at Victoria Secrets! woohoo

Even though I got amazing deals on bras I still cannot force myself to buy $5 underwear so we went over to rue21 and got it for $.99. I ended up getting a new cell phone cover and some camis at forever21. Everything was on sale but I still get that guilty feeling about spending large amounts of money. But I think everything bought today was bought for good use and is something that is greatly needed. Being bras are a neccesity & being more than half off its a must to purchase, camis are a necessity, pretty much as important as the bra. Camis allow you to buy cute bras then wear a cami and the pattern or color does not show through. Underwear, well we all know the standing about them & a cell phone cover was greatly needed to protect my phone from scratches. So all in all today made for a good day of shopping.

Project 365....

Yes I am going to attempt this once again :) Last year I gave myself a little lee-way by doing it once a week which might have been what made me fail. So by making myself do this everyday I will not be able to forget.

What is Project 365?
Its where you are challenged to take a picture everyday of the year...YES! everyday. By doing this it provides you with a way to remember what happened in the year and also a way to see what was important to you. It also provides you with a way to get more familiar with your camera. Yea some of you are probably saying how much is there really to know but visit this other site and you might be able to get some ideas.

Reasons I Love Winter Break...

1. Sleeping in. Which I didnt really get to do much of at the beginning but I havent been having to get the kids on the bus.

2. Meeting up with friends that have been away at college. I got to go to lunch and shopping at Easton with Allie and Jillian...just a little tripod reunion :) Today I will be going to lunch with Allie and Victoria, and Thursday might hold a lunch date with another long lost friend!

3. Family Christmas Picture for the Cards!

4. Working at the law office :)
I never thought I would have said that 8 months ago but after leaving to go to school full time I really missed everyone here and getting dressed up to come to work was something else I really missed. However working here on break is even better because I am here all day and I don't have to do court runs because there is another girl who took my job :)

5. NO SCHOOL! well thats a no brainer :)

6. more home cooked food =D ...mmmm. All of the yummy food actually started at Thanksgiving. The week before we had Thanksgiving at Grandma and Grandpa Frys house. Thanksgiving Day: Lunch/Dinner @ Anthony's Aunt and Uncle's house and dinner at Grandma Spiker & Daves. Skipped a weekend then early Christmas at Grandma and Grandpa Frys. Skipped another week and that brought on all the Christmas dinners. Christmas Eve Anthony's other Aunt and Uncles house for dinner along with a little hold me over at my Aunt Kayes before we left. Christmas morning Mom did her traditional breakfast casserole and we had lunch/dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Prices. Day after we had Christmas at Grandma and Daves with Moms whole side of the family. Sunday night we had the whole family over to our house for spaghetti. Monday night Anthony and I had Christmas at his Dad and Teresa's house :) Needless to say I do need to hit the eliptical and get some of that food off of me!

7. Giving and recieving presents. I don't have my camera card with me right now so the next post will be full of Christmas pictures. But I got my zoom lens for my camera and new boots from Mom & Dad! Clothes, make up and all that jazzy stuff from everyone else.

Well I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and am looking forward to the New Year! =)

Yep there are only 7 days til Christmas!!! I honestly thought yesterday that we had 2 more weeks but I also thought that yesterday was Wednesday not Thursday. So here is the banner/christmas card holder I made with my cricut. Actaully in the process of making this my cricut broke :( The speed button is not working so it is stuck on Max speed therefore if I cut anything delicate it just rips it all up..Provocraft is sending me a box and its suppose to get fixed.

So I have been part of a planning committee for a friend that I have been in 4H with for forever who was diagnosed with cancer in August. We have been planning since September and had the dinner/auction on Sunday and it was very successful!

Asia is a 15 year old girl, a sophomore at TVHS, in 4H and just an all around amazing young lady. She was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer in August and actually had, hopefully, her last round of chemo yesterday. After many nights of planning and arranging for everything to go smoothly we ended up raising over $20,000 for the Hatfield Family. When I say "we" I am meaning the whole entire community! We had all the families at the schools donate items for themed baskets, businesses donated various items to be auctioned off, students at the high school bought tshirts and other people showed up and participated in the event. So I cannot tell you how many times I had a tear in my eye or just felt blessed to be a part of this cause. Asia was healthy enough to attend on Sunday and was so pleased and thankful for everything that was done.

On friday or saturday I am going to be going to Cincinatti to help pass out teddy bears that people bought in order for Asia to pass out to other patients at the hospital. Pictures from that will be posted early next week. I am in the process of loading pictures from Sunday so maybe I can get them posted on here tomorrow.

My First Scarf & Hat :) && Trip 2 Library

So my Grandma Kuhn taught me how to crochet two weeks ago. I had been experimenting with 4 plie yarn (thin, most common yarn) but on tuesday I bought some 6 plie (thicker, bulky yarn). I had to buy a larger needle and by using the bigger sizes everything was alot quicker :) I had Molly at the library for the day so I worked on it for an hour there then another hour and a half later and it was finished. I just finished the hat tonight. I am not real sure if I did the hat correctly but i love it anyways. I can defintally say there are going to be a bunch of handmade xmas gifts under the tree this year; but not just this I have a couple other ideas in the plan.

Hello!
Yes I am still alive..its been forever since I last blogged. I have been really busy with school and enjoying life, but now I am on break until Jan.6th! woot woot :)

Thanksgiving was great! last weekend we went to Grandma and Grandpa Frys and this weekend Anthonys Mom's side of the family and ours side of the family. It was wonderful to be able to get together with everyone and have such wonderful food to fill our bellies. This morning I got up at 7 a.m. to go shopping with Aunt Lori, Mom, and Caroline. People are absolutely nuts for how early they get up but hey its all about making memories! What I needed to get was not a high demand item so I wasn't too worried about being there when the door opened. I still have a ton of shopping to do but will have to do it later.

Grandma Kuhn recently taught me how to crochet so there are going to be some handmade gifts under the tree this year :) It is very addicting and with all the time I am going to have it is wonderful that I will have time to actually finish some projects. I am also going to try to read a couple books and will be having Molly two days a week which will be very eventful.

Back to Thanksgiving...this past week we had some major down falls. Our hot water tank blew so in the midst of all that, Mom working every night we decided to move turkey dinner to Grandma and Daves house which was wonderful. There was enough room for everyone in the dining room and the kids were able to play downstairs and run around outside. Grandma's house is so accomadating for everyone. We even had some more poeple show up that are not regulars on Thanksgiving.... Aunt Leanne, Uncle Mike, Jackie, Derick and John Michael (My Dad Sister and her family) and Jeremy and Jami. Mom also has a friend that she used to take care of for home health care, Jeff, and we started last year having him because he has no family.

Photography: Mandy and I have gotten the privledge to photograph some seniors this year and have had a blast. December 12th we are going to be taking pictures at the Longaberger Golf Course for their Christmas Celebration...so exciting! We are looking forward to doing family sessions for Christmas.

Long time..no post

Sorry about that, I have been so busy with school and editing senior sessions. This is my last week of classes which means finals next week. Which in turn means WINTER BREAK!!! wootwoot! no school from thanksgiving til after new years =) ...

here is a little update and what has been going on in my life::

Halloween- costume party at Taylor and Tylors the weekend before halloween. Sorry no pics we were taken but Aub and I went as gangsters/pimps. However we looked like bowlers because we forgot hats and guns. Halloween weekend we had another costume party at Aubrey and Marks. I was a cowgirl at this one.

I missed out on trick or treat due to my night class :(

Photography- Mandy and I have gotten 2 more seniors in the last month. Corie and Haylee. They were awesome! We are working on getting some family sessions in.

Classes- have been more than I expected. I cannot believe how fast my first quarter has went. I hope this is how fast school goes for the next 6 years.

Scout- we are having problems with title transfer due to some crazyiness from PA. But we have gotten new fenders, 2 gas tanks and a grill. I cannot wait for it to be finished!

thats pretty much all thats been going on. Nothing too interesting.

This weekend my best friend and sister that I never had got married :) I was the maid of honor but still managed to get some great pictures! Thanks to my brother too! -Jonathan. The wedding was amazing. We started the day of with getting our hair done at Kali Co Court, then went to Aubrey's house to put on makeup and get ready. We met at Roger's at 230 to get pictures and the wedding started at 430. The wedding ceremony was in a beautiful field under a tree. Across the street was the reception barn. The reception was a nice country/fall theme topped off with a mechanical bull :) which was the thrill of the night. Here are some pictures from the big day!

Congratulations Aubrey and Mark! hope your having FUN in Virginia, can not wait to go four wheeling in the jeep Aubrey. And we are still having slumber parties once the honeymoon wears off ;)

Not So Little Anymore :(

so my 'baby' brother is not so much a baby anymore. He turned 16 on tuesday! We all got together at my Grandma Spiker's house for some pizza and cake. I will post pictures from that tomorrow or later tonight.

This is my last week of working at the law office but I started my new babysitting job yesterday. Everyday at 6:45 I have to be at my Aunt Taryns house to get her kids ready for school and on the bus.

Thats pretty much all thats been going on with me. School is great! and Aubreys wedding is this weekend and I am going to a scrapbook party on Sunday.

Here is a picture I found of our old dog Lucy. She died in November. We had had her since I was 7 years old. She was our wise dog of all our dogs. She was also a role model to the others. She was more than just a pet, she was a part of our family :) I find myself thinking about her alot and missing having her to snuggle with. Diesel is not much of a snuggler. She is greatly missed at our house.

Freshman all over again...

I started classes tuesday! I was so nervous but now I love it :) So much more freedom but with that comes a ton of responsibility, but hey I can handle this. I got my new laptop last night - HP Pavilion dv6. I also got a wireless printer for like $40!! woot woot! can't beat that! now just to get the wireless working at the house. I am sitting at the college right now but they close in 25 minutes so I can't be on here much longer. So heres a little update on my life:
Dog Rescue Status: Puppies all found homes

ODIE - went to a family that my Aunt works with. He is going to have kids to play with and will be a great family dog. They said he is living up to his age - he is defintally a baby!

ISIS - went to girl I went to high school with. She lives in Columbus and already had a brother for her. Aren't they cute!

This whole thing has really made me feel good. O-yea the momma was originally going to go to a family that would rescue her but Anthony took her home with him the other night and I am pretty sure she stole his heart and he is keeping her now! I believe he is calling her Momma!

This upcoming week is my last week at work :( very sad, i love working there but hopefully next fall quarter when Carly goes to school I will be able to schedule my classes around my work better.

We got a boat last weekend! So excited!!! =) it needs prop and Dad has to get it to fire so soon enough we are going to be out on the water!! YEA!!

yes thats right I already have a ton of plans for the extended weekend. Here they go:
-River: go to sand bar to relax (don't know when thats going to happen exactly?)
-Swappers Day. Johnstown - HUGE flea market,I will defintally post pictures when I get a chance
-Millersport Sweet Corn Festival.
-Cookout at Great Aunt's house. Family in town from Alabama
-Birthday party at Grandma Spikers for Uncle Jeff.

So therefore there will be lots of updates next week when I get a chance. But they might be closer into the next week because I start classes tuesday! I was shopping online for school books yesterday. Oyea I also bought 2 new Cricut Carts!! =) Sweet Hearts & Lifes A Beach! Ebay is wonderful... I bought two for less than the price of one from HL or Michaels. I also got alot of work done in my scrapbook room this week. Can't wait for it to be finished; I will defintally post pics of that too!

My feelings/mood right....well not very nice words that is, No Vulgarity on this site!

So here it goes..
Last night Anthony and I were heading in town to Staples. We were nearing the end of our road and there was a white truck stopped and a momma boxer and 2 pups were on the road. When the guy saw us he took off. Our road turns onto a St. Rt. so ofcourse I had to stop and see if they had any collars on or anything. They did not so we drove over the the campground that butts up to our road and checked the gas station-NO ONE! So we took her home and gave her some food and water and the puppies too. They ate it up and by then it was getting late so I put the puppies in a cage and let the Momma ("Sassy") run loose, she was getting along with our dogs so no biggie. Got up at 4:30 a.m. to check on them...fed again then made her lay down so they could nurse off of her. Then I layed back down and got up to get ready for work. I thought about it and decided I would take them to the shelter for the dropoff. So I leave 20 minutes earlier than usual, get there and the cages that used to be outside are secured behind locked doors saying "DROP-OFF HOURS 10:00-7" So then I hurried home to drop them back off and try to make it to work all in 25 minutes.

So back to me driving them to the shelter: I had them behind my backseat in the cargo area. Sassy layed down and let them nurse but then climbed into the back seat to sleep. At that moment I pretty much lost it! How can someone drop such a poor, defenseless animal off in the middle of no where with 2 babies? How CRUEL! Heartless! She is a total sweet heart.. after being treated so wrong, she is so nice. She is all bones and I really want to put some weight on her and find the proper home for her and her puppies. We already have 3 dogs so we really cannot afford to take in any more. It all makes me so sad...Of any of them I want the Mom to go to a good home which she extremly deserves. The puppies shouldn't have a problem..everyone wants puppies. Maybe I will keep them for the weekend and see what we can do. I guess my emotions are mixed up right now. I don't know how anyone can do such a thing when all dogs do is look at us and are just always trying to please us...it just isn't fair. The other thing that really upsets me is the fact that we have always adopted animals from the shelter in order to drop the count there and give the dogs a chance and now we are obligated to take more in...UUGGH

sorry this has just been a way of venting...

if anyone knows of anyone that would like to take in these wonderful animals please let me know.

Busy Busy Busy....

I have been so busy lately... I have had absolutely no time to update my blog. On top of having parties and family gatherings to go to like every weekend to go to we are now getting ready for the county fair. This will be my last year so it will be kind of emotional at the same time. I am going to miss being in 4-H so much. It has been such a huge part of my life. I joined 4H when I was 7 years old as a cloverbud and at 9 years I became a 4H member. 4H has taught me alot about life in general, it has helped me be productive, gave me a true sense of responsibility and most importantly given me so many friendships that I will treasure forever. I would totally recommend people to enroll their children in a 4H Club and get them involved as soon as they can and its never too late. One thing that most people think is that to be in 4H you must have an animal but 4H has alot more to offer than that. You can take projects anywhere from cooking & sewing to photography, hunting or welding. The possibilities really are endless.

Senior Trip 09

Hello!
this past weekend some friends and I went on a little trip we classified as our senior trip since none us went to Myrtle Beach when we graduated. We went The Beach Waterpark in Cincinatti. It was alot of fun! We left Saturday morning and got to the park just in time for opening. It was kinda cold so there were not very many people there so we didn't have to wait in any lines at all :) After we left the park we went to our hotel room and got ready to go out for the night. We went to Outback Steakhouse and then went to a shopping center. We hit up Barnes and Noble, Old Navy and a pet store. We came home Sunday morning because Anthony had to be at work at 10:00 a.m. At noon I went to Anthony's Grandparent's house for a cookout. Well I wondered all week why I couldn't just come when Anthony did when he got off work at 5:00 but I just figured they wanted me there too, but to my surprise it was a birthday party for me and Anthonys step sister Brandie! Anthony's Grandma is so sweet!!!! She got us a cake and a present and had been planning this party for a while ;)

Yesterday was my bday we just had pizza and ice cream at our house and had Aunt Lori and Uncle Matt come over with the kids. Mom even bought the stuff to make blizzards, mmmm. I got some scrapbooking stuff from Mom & Dad and a gift card to Kohls from the Spikers! So now I get to go shopping.

Today I am working 12;30-5 then am going to my friend Kaci's house to help her finish the scrapbook we have been working on for her Marine. He just graduated basic training and she is leaving tomorrow to go see him, it has a been a long 3 months for her. She is so excited and we are all so proud of Vince!

Tomorrow is my last day of work for the week. Thursday Anthony and I leave for Put-in-Bay I am so excited =) Mom & Dad will be joining us on friday. Thursday we are meeting my Aunt Karen, Uncle Kurt, Jeremy & Jamie and their friends and following them there. We get back next tuesday so there will be pictures from that next week.

In the next 10 years...

here are some places I want to go or plan to do in the next 10 years.
-ALASKA. I don't really care where I go to in Alaska but I know there are some amazing picture ops there :) Anthony has always said he wanted to go there but I thought he was crazy because when I used to think of Alaska I always thought eskimos and igloos, but recently I saw The Proposal and fell in love! So one day we will go there whether its an Alaskan cruise or just stay in the mountains for a week.

-CARRIBEAN ISLANDS. I know most people have already done this or it isn't even a question about doing it but I have never been there and think its just breathtaking.

-GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE. Well duh of course this had to be on my list, but it is really funny to think about the fact that if I still go along the path that I have chosen this is going to take up over half of my next 10 years.

-MOVE TO NORTH CAROLINA. Yes thats right I want to leave this little town in Ohio. I am going to miss everyone terribly but its not like it is the other side of the US it just 10 hours or so. I just feel so at home when we go there. I don't want to live at the beach, I want a nice place in the country with maybe a 45 minute drive to the beach. This is something that I can see myself doing within the next 4-5 years. When JK graduates high school and I have finished up my undergrad at Ohio University.

-3RD WORLD COUNTRY. I feel like going somewhere like this will really make me appreciate what I have and what God has blessed me with. I want to be able to make a difference in someones life and by doing this I feel like I could.

-ADOPT. I don't know if this is necessarily in the next 10 years but I think it would be cool to adopt one child. I would prefer adopting a child from the United States. I feel like there are enough children in the US that need help too. This is not a for sure but I think it would be an amazing feeling.

-3 TO 4 KIDS. Yes I want to have that many kids but that is probably going to be in the next 10-15 years ;)

I am sure I will add more to this at another time or as the years go by but I thought it would be cool to make a list like this and in 10 years look back and see what I really accomplished.
This weekend I am going to The Beach Waterpark in Mason OH with Anthony, Victoria, Chase, Allison and Brian. None of us went on a senior trip to Myrtle Beach so we thought we would just get away for a while and have fun before we all start college. Allie leaves in August for Ohio State, she is going to be a real BUCKEYE!!! I can't wait to go visit her. Brian, Allie's bf, is already attending Ohio State and he graduated last year. Victoria is going to Otterbein which is in Columbus also and Chase is going to Ohio State Newark Campus. My best friend Jillian is going to Miami, I am going to miss her so much! My other friend Aubrey is getting married in Septmember so I don't know how life is going to be for her after that. So its kinda scary how we are all splitting up, we all have plans to keep in touch but I know how time consuming college is and that we are all going to make new friends along the way.

Next weekend we are going to Put In Bay Island as a family vacation. We are going with my Dads Aunt Karen and her son Jeremy and his wife Jamie. Its going to be so much fun! =)
So there will be lots of picture updates in the next couple weeks.

Seneca Lake..

This is from last week. We spent the whole week camping with my Grandpa & Grandma Kuhn at Seneca Lake. Its a campground in a little town called Senecaville, located an hour outside of Zanesville. So I was able to leave & go to work from there. The campground was really nice, it was right by the Marina and there was water on pretty much every side of it & a little playground for the kids. The lake was extremely clean & very deep so we didn't have to worry about anything. We spent the week relaxing, spending time with family, boating, fishing & cooking delicious food on the campfire. So here are some pictures.

Holiday Weekend highlight & NEW CAMERA

Hello,
Hope everyone had a great 4tho of July, I did! We were pretty busy. Spent the whole week at Seneca Lake with my Grandpa & Grandma Kuhn, camping. That was alot of fun! I hadn't been to Seneca since I was little & we don't really spend that much time with them so it was fun to hangout for the week. We came home Thursday and then spent the weekend at the river with my Grandma and Grandpa Price. My Uncle Brad & Aunt Anita were home this weekend from South Carolina so we spent time with them too.
Another awesome thing about my holiday was that I bought a Canon Rebel XS!!!! So here are the awesome pictures that I took. These pics are actually from Monday, I twisted a muscle in my back so I didn't end up going to work & somehow our whole family was off of work monday too! So we went to the river & hungout at the sandbar :)

I tried Flikr but I realized today I am limited to my storage space. So I was only able to get 3 photos uploaded today. The reason for this is I am having problems with my flash drives, I don't have a cd burner at home, the home computer is way too slow so I load everything at work. I don't feel to comfortable bringing my camera in so I might just stick to shutterfly or snapfish. We will just see. Any ideas?

Beginning of Summer

Hello!
How was everyones weekend? mine was GREAT! I finally got to relax and just enjoy summer. I had to work friday from 8-5 at the Law Office then 5-10 at the Country Club-Pool. I went home and fell asleep almost immediately. On saturday I couldn't sleep in so I got up, everyone was at the river camping so I had the whole house to myself. I decided to get all my scrapbook stuff out upstairs instead of downstairs. I scrapped until noon, I made gifts for all the grad parties I had to go to. I ended up making 3 accordian albums themed around graduation. I will post the pictures tomorrow. I also made a cute little desktop calendar. After that I headed to graduation parties. First stop was my friend Kate's, then Courtney Hetricks and I finished the day off at Mallory's. I went to the river afterwards and stayed all night there. Sunday, I layed out & floated with Mariah. We floated for like 3 hours on the river, needless to say I am burnt! So here are some pictures of the ending of school and beginning of summer.

Busy Week!

Hello Everyone
well i graduated on Sunday May 31! I am officially a freshman in college. That sounds so scary yet so exciting. Most would think since I am on summer break I would have a bunch of free time and everything but that is not the case. Monday I had to work at the Law Office from 12-5. Yesterday, today, thursday & friday I am working at MBN Law from 8-5 then lifeguarding at the pool from 5-9. Yes I am working 11 hour days! It sucks right now but the paycheck will be GREAT! I am saving my money right now to buy a Ford Escape =D I might have it by July!!! YEA!

So yesterday I finished the book My Sister's Keeper. I went to the movies and saw it was coming out as a movie soon so I jumped on reading it. A friend of mine read it a couple years ago and recommended it. I never got to it but its finished now! It was a great book, defintally a tear jerker, I cannot wait for the movie to some (June 26!) Now I am reading The Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom. So far it is really good. I don't know what my deal is with books that are movies but as soon as I finish this book I am renting or buying the movie and watching it with Anthony.

Last week I actually got some scrapbooking done. I stayed all night with Mallory and we scraped until 3:00 a.m. I will get some pictures posted soon. Tonight I am going to work on some graduation presents. I have two parties on saturday and they are good friends so I want to make them some cute presents instead of just giving them cards! I think I am going to try making blank accordian albums and I need to make some altered paint cans. So wish me luck and hopefully I can finish them tonight and get pictures up tomorrow.

Done With High School :)

Omg...I really can not believe it! I am done with High School :)
Today was our last official day, tomorrow we go to Cedar Point and friday we have graduation practice and Sunday I graduate. So exciting yet I feel so akward. Hmmm...I have done alot this school year. I lost a good friend but recently we decided to set our problems aside and not worry about the little things in life. So thats been a huge relief. This all happened within the last 2 weeks too :) I swam my senior year of high school and went to Districts. This was something I never thought I would be able to do with my injury and having a job this year. I also made the honor roll this year. Its not that I am not smart or anything its that I never really applied myself to my school work. I just glided through and barely did well. That is one thing I will totally regret about high school.

Well now I am going to sign off of here. I need to get some sleep before tomorrow!

Sunday I have to work at the pool from 9-3 then more grad parties. Monday I have nothing to do really other than work some more from 3-9 at the pool but it won't be that bad. I always have it in my head that I need to post on here everyday but it just seems everyday goes by and I never have time to do it. My main problem is my computer is so slow at loading pics that I don't have enough patience. I have tons of pictures sitting on my camera card just waiting. It is starting to remind me of the commercial of all the people wondering if they are next t0 get trashed! So my goal starting as soon as I can I am going to start posting more blogs.
However today I do not have my camera with me and I am at work so it just isn't going to happen. Sorry.

A Weekend Away...

for Mom and Dad's 20th wedding anniversary! We left Saturday morning and headed for Mason, OH. Your prolly all wondering whats in Mason Ohio, aren't you?....Kings Island Amusement Park ofcourse! I had no idea that was where it was at either, it is basically right beside Cincinnati. We got there at 12:30 and went straight to the brand new coaster of the year, Diamondback. We stood in line for an hour and a half but it was well worth the wait. The lines were fairly long all day since it was opening-day, but they moved quickly and it wasn't too hot out. Around 6:00 we left the park, got our hotel room and went to dinner. After eating we went back to the park to finish the day. We got in line for The Beast and finished off with the Firehawk. The Beast was amazing and Firehawk was even better! There were some technical difficulties but that didn't stop us. We spent today driving around downtown Cincinnati and Kentucky. We ate a Hooters on the river in KY and then headed home. It was an amazing weekend, just the original Kuhn clan (quote: Uncle Jeff)...Anthony wasn't able to go so it was just the four of us, which was nice because it hasn't been like that in a while. So here are some pictures from the trip.

Hello Everyone!
I hope ya all had a great easter. I sure did, Mom and Dad got JK and I baby ducks for easter :) They are so cute!...I am going to take pictures of them everyday and document them. You wouldn't believe how fast these little guys can grow. There are six of them all together...we don't know if they are males or females yet so we are kinda holding off on naming them. First Swim!

My GREAT deal is this: .....

I ordered the Storybook cartridge for my cricut on Saturday for myself. I felt kinda guilty buying this for myself, then I realized how much i am going to be able to do with all it has to offer for other people and have come to the realization that it was well worth it :) and I bought it on ebay for $44 and free shipping, can't get much better than that!

My Mom ordered this one for me for easter just waiting on it to come in...I am so excited because I am going to get to finish all my swimming layouts, plus start on other people's pages too!
I had no idea they even had a cartridge like this one until today. I am so behind on all of our beach pictures. Try 3 trips to the Outerbanks and 1 trip to Florida from '97. Since tomorrow is payday this is defintally going to be my first purchase on that check, along with a new blade, mat & xyron cartridge :) (ebay special: $54.00 compare that to the Michaels price, if you can even find it in any stores, $89.00)
As you can tell soon enough there is going to be some wonderful crafty updates. I also am in the process of starting something new. Wonderful weekend!

So I thought with swimming over I would be able to find more time to post but that is not the case. Once swimming was over the weather started getting nicer and I found more reasons not to post, sorry. Anyways, last weekend I got my prom dress and I spent the weekend with Mom.This week I have just enjoyed being able to go out without a coat on. Yesterday I cleaned in the morning then hung out with Aubrey for the rest of the day. We went and looked at a place for the reception and wedding, ofcourse I forgot my camera..oops. Last night we just hanged out at Marks while the guys worked on the tractor. Today I took Jonathan to church and then we had 4H at 3:00 and then Anthony came over. We decided to take Diesel over to the park and beach to enjoy the weather and burn off some of his energy! It was alot of fun and we really enjoyed it. I can't wait for summer and to be able to go fishing and camping!

NOT ME MONDAY!

here is my Not Me Monday:

Today I did not wake up at 5:00 a.m. and get a shower and get ready for school on time. We were not on time and I did not have all my homework from Friday finished

Today I did not only work 2.5 hours and go shopping after work

Today I did not take a nap when my room does not look like a cyclone went through it. No I did not!

Today I did not go to my Senior night and get escorted by my parents. I did not cry or get emotional.

Today I did not get to eat two meals with Anthony, lunch at Subway and dinner at McD's

So there it is my NOT ME MONDAY.

p.s. our relay team qualified for Districts this weekend. We get to go swim at the OHIO STATE AQUATIC CENTER! I am so excited =D you don't even understand. This means that I get to have 3 more swim practices and I get to swim one more time. This is something that I never thought I would get to do. I worked my butt off all season to maintain my position on the 200 medley relay doing breast stroke. Although my two besties are not going to be there I am going to have fun with Courtney Rachel and Blaire! YEA! well talk to everyone later

Fire Destroys Dresden Feed & Supply!

Hello everyone! I have some very sad news to announce. Last night our local feed supply store burnt down. It wasn't just a feed store either the building has been in Dresden since 1900. The mill served as a feed supplier to almost all the local farmers and was a very popular gathering place for the local farmers too. The really bad thing about this is that just 2 weeks ago the Dresden IGA was burnt down too. The grocery store was the only one in town. This too happened on a thursday night. I hadn't heard about these other two fires until these bigger ones have happened but in the last 2 months there have also been two others before the IGA and now the Feed Store. This is so sad and scray for this to be happening to our small town. It has to be arson because all of them have happened on Thursday nights and stuff like this just doesn't happen. It makes me wonder what is next?

I don't really have anything else to blog about today. I guess what is going on is just too disturbing!

Well I was tagged on facebook to write down 25 things about myself. I had fun doing it so I am going to do one on here now too. But it is going to be 25 different things from what I did on facebook.
here it goes:
1. I love my family more than anything
2. I have been in 4H for 10 years! I have no idea what I am going to do without it this year. It scares me just a little bit.
3. I want to marry Anthony Fry one day =) <3
4. I did not get accepted to BGSU. I was really upset at first but God has a reason for everything. So yea! I get to live at home for another year =)
5. I would love to live in North Carolina...edit that: I am going to live in NC one day
6. I want to have 4 kids! I also want to name them all with names with the same letter. Don't ask me why! (for girls: Allison, Annie, Abigail & Audrey. Boys: Aiden, Austin, Andrew, ?)
7. I work at an attorneys office but I don't want anything to do with a career in law8. Graduation is 72 days away! this totally amazes me because I can still remember my first day of kindergarden. In other ways it makes me sad because I know I am going to miss seeing all my friends.
9. I love the outdoors (camping, fishing, boating, kyaking etc.) and yes I do it all
10. Our house burnt down when I was 5 years old, we lost everything.
11. I want to be a speech therapist
12. I miss my Grandpa Spiker more than anything
13. I never got to see my Dads real mom, she died in a car accident when he was almost a year old. I wish I could have met her.
14. I am a lifeguard at the Country Club. Its the most awarding job I have had so far. Who gets paid to sit in a chair and get a sun tan?!
15. I am Catholic.

Blog catchup!
I know I have not posted on here in like a week. I have been so busy, I have had swimming which got pretty intense but we also have like 7 days left (saddens me but will be glad when I can actually get something done!) school has been crazy and work is just work.

something I realized I have done so far this year is I have read pretty much a different book like every week of the year. So thats going to be my goal. I am going to try to keep up with my picture a week but I am also going to do one for like a book a week! why not?!?!

This week I am reading Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas. At the end of the week I am going to give a little summary of the book and what I thought about it.

Well this week has been a very eventful one. I haven't had school since Monday and have been kept in the house pretty much the whole time. I only left for work and to go sledding. I also got some very bad news, I did not get into Bowling Green due to being one point off on my ACT so I am just going to have to settle with Ohio University Zanesville. There are alot of pluses to that but then again it is very disappointing. So right now I am just going to enjoy the rest of my senior year.
Here are some of the high lights I have to look forward to:

Hello Everyone!

Ok I know this is a little late but I think I am going to attempt doing something kinda like the photo-a-day everyone is doing, mine is going to be a photo-a-week! So I am going to go back in my camera and find pics from each week so i can catch up!

This week I was really busy but somehow I managed to get some cards done..make that 31 cards!

Hey Everyone!
I just wanted to make this post dedicated to yesterday.
I was way too busy yesterday to do this so why not today? It is actually history now!
I never thought I would feel this way, just figured it would just happen no matter what, but I actually feel good that we have a new President.
I was not able to watch the inauguration because I was at work but what I did manage to squeeze in was very good =)
So here is to our new president, President Barack Obama!

{busy day for me::}
7:30 - School (entails 2 tests and 1 notebook check...ugh)
11:10- leave school, rush home, get swim stuff and get dressed for work!
12:15- WORK
2:00- do errands for work
4:00- Leave work
4:30- the Start of Senior Night and the Muskingum County Meet!
my whole family is going to be there tonight and us seniors are going to get announced
I am prolly going to cry or just be really emotional. But it is all good because this is just the start of a new journey in my life!
8:00- most likely will be home by now! Going to bed or post on here.

5 DAY WEEKEND

Hello Everyone!
I have had an extremely busy weekend. We had no school on Thurs&Fri. due to very cold weather and tons of snow =) I had to work both days but it really wasn't too bad. Swim practice was also cancelled both of those days which was nice at the time but defintally caught up to us on Saturday. We had an invitational at Coshocton. The bus left at 7:30 a.m., our places in the hall to sit for the day was by a door that had a huge gap in the botton so cold air was coming in and there was actually ice on the floor! I swam the 100 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 200 Free Relay and the 400 Free relay. I didn't do too bad and actually got 10th in the 500 out of 29 people! Saturday night I went to the boys basketball game, they lost but played a great game. Sunday: went to church, Sams Club, home, to courtney's to make our posters for Senior Night, then to Maddy's birthday party at the Lindarena and after that i went to Anthony's to watch movies and just hangout. Today we have another day off from school! I have to go to work from 12:30-4 then swim practice from 4:30-6 then out to eat with Aubrey, Lauren and Morgan for Aubrey's wedding party dinner. Well I am going to get off here now, I might not be able to update this week due to a very busy schedule but I will try.

SNOW DAY!

hey everyone!
it has been snowing since yesterday at 10:00 a.m. and it hasn't stopped yet. Schools were sent home early and the plow trucks were out. The snow just kept coming and coming. They just called off all schools for today which means SNOW DAY baby! woot woot =) we are also on a level 2 snow emergency so no work for me today. I will update later.

Hello! how was everyones weekend?

mine wasn't too bad.

Friday: we had a swim meet in Newark. Although we were all praying it would get cancelled because we were suppose to have a huge snow storm coming in, which never happened, the meet didn't turn out to be as bad as we thought. We won the meet so thats a plus!

Saturday: Mom had to work and Dad was sick. Went to my fav. place ever: Chipotle

saturday night I got some scrapbooking done and realized that sunday was not going to be a day of rest! my scraproom needed some major revamping!

Sunday: missed church due to the horses getting out of their stalls. Went to Krogers, Walmart, returned rented movies (not late for once) stopped by Spikers to see the kids and then went home. Spent about 4 hours downstairs cleaning my scrapbook room. So here are some pictures of the progress.

We have a leaky basement so for the last year or so I have been trying to figure out what to do with that brick wall.Well I found some multi colored chalk and this is what happened. Hopefully it doesn't run when it rainsbut whatever it shouldn't be that hard to clean up if it does.

Welll Happy New Year everyone!
we had a wonderful christmas and new year. We went to two different parties and had a blast at both of them.

Some other big news is my bff Aubrey got engaged the week before Christmas and guess who is the maid of honor? ME!!! so that is what the rest of my year is going to be. Helping her plan her wedding (9-19-2009), enjoying my senior year, working, and getting ready for college!

The last two days I have been really busy with wedding stuff. Friday we went dress shopping. And today we went to the Columbus Bridal Show at Vets Memorial. So much fun =)

Its Beginning To Look A Lot Like....

CHRISTMAS!!!

It is actually snowing right now as I type this. I am sitting at work waiting for Julie to come back so I can go on Court Runs. Anyways, Thanksgiving went very well, Surprisingly with all of 31 people at my house. Everything went very smoothly and everyone left with full bellies & warm hearts =) We finished the night off watching Wall-e (amazing movie!) I have officially watched it 4 times now and plan on more.

On Friday I was going to get up bright & early and join everyone else with their Black Friday shopping madness but for some reason I could not muster myself out of bed, I don't know if it was from all the food I ate the day before or the fact that my bed was extremly warm and I knew my pathfinder was not. Although I did manage to get out of bed at 4:00 a.m. sit down at the computer and ordered almost all of Anthony's gifts online and ordered myself the Under Armour sweatshirt I was going to buy but for sure was gone in the store from all the early shoppers. I also got free shipping on everything I ordered! Around 3:00 I went into Aunt Lori & Uncle Matts and picked up Molly (18 months) and we went shopping. She is so much fun to bring along and I am pretty sure she had a blast. Anthony came over to their house when he got off of work and we had dinner with them and then went back to my house.

Saturday was my scrabook/craft day. I got 2 picture frames altered and finished altering the card board kids book I bought at the the Dollar Tree. As soon as it is done I will post the pictures on here. Saturday Anthony & I went to Aubrey's house for supper and movies. We rented The Longest Yard and for some reason I could not stay awake for any of it.

Yesterday, I slept in until 11:30, it felt GREAT! Although I missed church, oops. Around 2:00 I went over to Anthony's. We played with his critters for a while, made a fire in the wood burner and he taught me to make bullets. At first I didn't know how it was going to go but it was so much fun I wouldn't let him make any. We ate dinner and watched Wall-e (again) and I went home at 10:30.

Today I woke up at 7:30, got on the computer for a while, took a bath, watched some tv and got ready for work. I went to Tim Hortons and got a bagel for lunch, I know not the healthiest meal but they are so delicious! Tonight I get off of work at 4:00 and have swimming right afterwards until 5:00. Practice is short tonight because there is a meet right after ours. We also have our first meet tomorrow against Watkins at home. It will be my last first meet!

Well I guess I will probably post some pictures on here tomorrow!

Well the Bucks won! =)

My day was kinda just whatever i felt like doing kind of day. Mom had to work this morning and Dad & Jk were working on my new car so I got to spend the day by myself. Sounds really boring but it was much needed. I wasn't by myself the whole day, Anthony brought me lunch and we watched the game together and just spent some time together. O-yeah he also brought me some firewood and made a fire for me in the fireplace, which was wonderful! Before he got here I cleaned the living room completely since we are having Thanksgiving at our house next weekend. After he left I worked on my bedroom for a while...which I still haven't finished. I am still trying to get all my scrapping/craft stuff downstairs to my Scrapbook Studio. Which I have probably been doing since like January. It is just so hard because when I feel like doing something quick or don't feel like being downstairs I bring a little bit of stuff up to my room and do it in there. I really need to nick that habit. I browsed on some blogs today, tried to catch up with reading the blogs.

Right now I am waiting on Anthony to get off of work and come get me. Who knows what we will do tonight, probably just stay here and watch whatever is on tv. Tomorrow he finally has a day off which will be absolutely great! I think we are going to Buckeye Outdoors so he can get some more hunting gear for next weekend.

We got our warm ups and everything at swim practice last night. Our swim boosters finally got us new gear. The old stuff was 15 yrs old so it was much needed. We got some awesome bags, and warm ups that aren't that swooshy material that everyone wore in the late 80s (no offense I am sure I would have worn them then) we also got a free t-shirt to keep since we ordered from this company!

Today I also joined a book club on Facebook. I have a major obsession with Nicholas Sparks books. They are amazing! and I own every book he has written.

Well I am going to get off of here and try to finish cleaning my room but i will prolly ending up reading blogs or looking around on scrapbook.com. everyone have a great weekend!

The Past Month..or more

Hello Everyone!
well I know I haven't posted on here in forever. I am trying to get back to this, we'll have to see how it works out. So this is pretty much how the end of fall has been going for me. From the weiner roast for my Mom since she passed her state nursing boards to going to the Crew soccer game with Anthony and his brothers & Mom. We were defintally lucky to have a long fall or I guess it would be an Indian Summer. It is just started snowing this week and it is suppose to all weekend =) I will leave you with some pictures.

Hey Everyone!
wow I can't believe how long it has been since I was on here last (2months+) that is crazy. I have been so busy. Mostly in the months of June, July and August I was really busy working. We had the county fair in August...I didn't really good with all my projects. I started school September 3rd. I am only there for 4 periods since I have all my credits to graduate. I took a class called CBI, I am able to leave school early but I have to go to work. The only downfall of this class is I don't see any of my friends anymore. My homebase and 1st & 2nd period classes are CBI kids then I have English which is also all CBI kids. For 4th period I have government which is a regular class but not very many of my friends are in there. I did get a really good job at Micheli Baldwin Northrup Attorney Office. I answer phones while the receptionist goes to lunch then when she gets back since our office is located on the North end of town and the court house is downtown I have to take all the paper work downtown. I am considered a "runner". I love working there. There are 8 attorneys in the building each with an assistant, there is also an archtitect firm, and 2 other companies in the building I answer the phones for.

As far as my Senior Year is going I am having alot of fun. I had my last homecoming dance 2 weeks ago. Then this friday night was our last home football game and it was senior night. At the end of the game all the seniors held hands and walked the field, it was really sad!

This weekend Jillian and I went to Bowling Green State University for the pre-view day. Jillian and I have been going to school together since kindergarden. We went to St. Thomas together all the way up until 7th grade. In the 8th grade we both switched to Tri-Valley. We are both seriously considering going to BGSU together. We will also get to room together which would be great! The only thing is that BG is 3 hrs away, but it really didn't seem that far away. I am still stuck with the big decission of going away or not.

A New Me and some vaca

Well right before we left I had a to get a hair cut and needed it badly. My hair hasn't really grown well over the last year or so and it has gotten really thin. I had original intentions of having long hair but since it hasn't worked out the greatest I decided I would try going shorter. Lets just say it is the shortest I have ever had my hair since I was a little girl ( 3 years old) and I have to say that I actually like it and am considering keeping my hair like this. I thought Anthony wasn't going to like it either but he does like it too, so it is all good.

On another note, we just got back from vacation on saturday morning. We had to leave early because we had a wedding to go to for my cousin and my brother was in it. The rest of the family got to stay an extra day at the beach and everything. The trip was so much fun and I can't wait til we get to go back. I am seriously considering living in the Outerbanks. Anthony really likes it down there so maybe one day that is where we will be. My parents also like it down there so it won't be that bad being away from home. Anyways we spent most of the days at the beach or in the pool at our house. One day when all the guys rented a boat and went fishing my Mom, Aunt Lori, Cousin Bri, Aunt Norma and I all went to the Currituck Lighthouse and wandered over to the Whalehead Club and there was an art show going on so that was a pleasant surprise and I also got some great pictures at the Whalehead Club. On thursday we all packed up and went to the 4X4 beach and spent the day there. We had the kayaks, a surf board, and boogey boards and just had a blast. This trip was defintally amazing. Great Kickoff for Summer '08

Well these past weeks have been a pretty good kickoff to hopefully an eventful summer. All last week I worked but it was absolutely great because I only work mornings from 9-1:30 or 2:00 and people don't really start coming til about noon or so. After work I would hang around til Anthony either got done with class or work. We went fishing a few times and on Friday we went to the zoo! That was alot of fun...but we both agreed that it wasn't near as fun as it was when we were little. Maybe it will be better when we have kids of our own to take ( which will be a long time from now!) On saturday my friend aubrey had her graduation party and we went to that and stayed all night there with her and her boyfriend. It was alot of fun. On sunday we went to 7:00 a.m. mass to avoid the Gus Macker crowd and then went fishing for the rest of the day. Today I had work and it wasn't bad because I got to work with Jillian. After work I went and layed out at Grandpa and Grandma Kuhns pool, it is a never ending job getting rid of these stupid one-piece tan lines from guarding. Tomorrow I work morning shift and then I am going to Jillian's house and I guess we will just have to see what we get into from there. The next week could be pretty busy. We have a wedding to go to on Saturday and then I work all next week and Friday the 13th we are heading for the Outerbanks! Can't wait! Hope everyone stays safe and has a great week

As some of you may know but I am not sure if I have ever really mentioned anything on here my dream is to one day become a photographer. technically I could start doing it now but I don't think it would be the smartest thing to do while I am a Senior in High School. My main objective is to become a speech pathologist but photography will defintally be a side job. Along with this being my dream, it also brings a big obsession. wow well today was my last day of school. I am finally done and I am a senior now. I just can't believe how fast this school year went. Let alone high school all together...in a way it kinda scares me because soon enough it will be over and I will have to be starting college and be in the real world with not as much help as I have now. This summer should be good though. I turn 18! yea finally legal, and I plan on working alot but also hanging out with friends more this year and having a good time... i don't want to regret anything and it is kinda my last real summer. Well I am going to get off here.

Rain Rain go Away

wow... Ohio weather is absolutely killing me. For one by now every year that I can think of it has been atleast 75 or 80 outside and very nice. Instead this whole week it has dropped down to 50, windy and it rained all week. Today is actually the first day that it hasn't rained and it is somewhat nice but it still isn't warm enough for me. Anyways...yesterday I went to another scrap night at Maysville High School. I got some pages done but forgot my prom pictures at home so they still aren't done. But soon I will be able to post some more pictures of my pages.

Thank God Its The Weekend

well this week went kind of slow for me. But we only have 8 days left of school so I guess that could be a reason as to why it was so slow. But last night Anthony and I went to see Baby Mama with Courtney and Brent. It was a really good movie, kind of predictable, but worth seeing. After the movie we went to b-dubs and got wings and a drink. I got home kind of early for it being a friday night but thats alright because today I get to go pick up Maddy and Molly, wonderful cousins that live here in Zanesvile (Avery lives in Columbus, OH - atleast an hr. away) Maddy has softball pictures and Uncle Matt had surgery on his knee so he can't carry Molly, who by the way is at that age where she is getting into everything (1yr2months) I get to keep them for a whole day so I defintally cannot wait. I think I am going to take them to the farm and maybe kidzville or the library...I just want to do something with them that will be fun.After I am done watching them I am going scrapbooking with mallory. This time we are going to her house. So I am going to need to pack everything up and I get to scrap somewhere other than my studio. Well hopefully tonight I will have more pictures for everyone. I got an eventful day ahead!

well I had my Junior Year Prom this weekend and it was great! This whole weekend was fun, actually. On friday we (Prom Commitee) set up for the dance until 10:30 p.m. or so then Mallory and I went and stayed all night at Courtney's house so we could make cup cakes for the dance. We went to bed around 1:30 or 2:00 a.m. Then on saturday I went to breakfast with my family for Grandma Spiker's birthday. Then I my Aunt Lori did my hair at 1:30. We took pictures at these beautiful gardens in town. Then we ate dinner at Tumbleweed & headed to Promenade. It was raining when we got there but it was still fun showing up in the camo zuki! The dance was a blast and we ended the night with movies at Courtney's house. So here are some pictures of my eventful weekend. And I even scraped some too because there was a party yesterday. I'll get the pages on here as soon as possible.

Well I went to scrapbooking party 2 weeks ago and got 2 more pages done and then this saturday I ended up getting 6+ pages done. Anthony didn't have to work...so we decided that we would make a trip to Old Man's Cave in Logan, Ohio. Its about 2 hours away, but after we went to his house so we could get his camera and found a cage to put in the bed of the truck so Diesel could ride in there instead, it was already like 1:30. We didn't get there until about 5:00 or so because i relayed the directions to Anthony wrong from the lady at the gas station. It was kinda rainy but we had lots of fun and got some great pictures. It was Diesel's first real trip far away from home and he did absolutely GREAT! well here are some pictures.

what a way to start off spring

well easter wasn't too bad this year...got the scrapbook bag i have been wanting so bad. I have been debating on whether i wanted one with wheels or a smaller shoulder type bag. shoulder bad won that debate. Since I dont travel much to scrapbook people usually come here or i just scrap by myself i don't need something that big. My camera isn't working right so i didn't get any pics. Anyways...i haven't been feeling too great for the last 2 weeks then last night i had a fever of 102.3 and it was still the same this morning so mom wouldn't let me go to school. I ended up sleeping in until 1:30 and then she made an appt. for me. We were literally there like 15 minutes and they told me i had strept throat. Afterwards we found this little scrapbook store and we stopped there. I ended up getting one of those letter albums...mine says DREAM...so i guess since i can't go to school tomorrow maybe i'll get some scrapping done.

we got an early dismisal from school today..after i picked up my brother we had to take my bf's brother home then headed home too...after 2 hours we finally made it home a drive that usually takes 20 minutes...it was all because of people wrecking and us not wanting to wait in traffic so we would turn around and take a back road and ended up taking longer and then the other busy road on the way to our house was blocked so we turned around again and found another way. It was really crazy but well worth the early dismisal from school. Well the snow is still coming down and my little cousin just measured it and it was 6in. SO i hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend and for me I am going to be getting alot of scrapping done.

well i officially love that song for some reason ... just heard it the other night on someone's slideshow with their pictures. So this weekend was pretty good...kinda busy and wasn't home much. Yesterday we had such amazing weather... it was 70 outside and even though it ws windy the wind was warm. We woke up this morning and it was like 20 and we had freezing rain...yuck :( Tomorrow we might even be lucky and get a 2 hour delay if the roads are icy enough. Well soon enough i will be posting some pictures on here of my scrapbook room. hope everyone has a great week and be careful

Painted Scraproom

well i entered myself in a Scraproom Challenge on SB.com. This weekend I finally got around to painting the room. Mallory came over after we took our ACT yesterday morning, which wasn't bad at all, then when mom got home she said that we were going to go get the paint so I could get my Scraproom finished. Ofcourse its not completly done yet..I still have to put a second coat on one of the walls and we have to special treat the other wall since the room is in the basement and its a brick wall. But the color i chose is lime green...i love it! I will post some pics as soon as i get some. well i had better go to bed ...

well i had a pretty full weekend! Friday we had a snow day due to icy roads. It was our 1st this year! It was so nice. I went shopping in Columbus at Polaris with my Aunt Lori, her mom Caroline, Madeline, and Molly. It was fun, it just gave me something to do for the day. I wish i would have been able to find a scrapbook store to go into but i couldn't. So I didn't end up spending any of my money...maybe there will be a sale this week at hobby lobby or something. Next Saturday I have to take the ACT in the morning and then Mallory is coming over for the rest of the day to scrapbook. I am hoping its going to be alot of fun! well I think i am going to get off of here and do some laundry for this week! hope everyone has a GREAT week!

Successful Scrapnight

well last night i had a Mallory and Maddy come over to scrap all night with me! we didn't really get started until 10:00 or so and then we called it a night sooner too...like 2:00. I was busy helping Maddy do some of her pages and just talking that i only got like 2 pages done. But i am not too worried about it because I have full access to everything that i can use so its not that big of a deal. I think Mal might be coming over next weekend too so hopefully then I can get some more done. My dad also finished putting my new bed on my truck for when we go off roading.. i am so excited and it looks really good! Also I found a pretty nice counter top to get put up in my scraproom so thats another plus of this weekend. Well I am going to get off of here and I'll try to post tomorrow night if I am not too busy with homework or anything. Night
